Item#16: Rodocrozit/ Rhodochrosite

Rhodochrosite is a mineral from the carbonate group and was describe for the first time in Sacaramb, Romania and not in Cavnic, Romania as stated on the wikipedia web-page [which is why I added that information]. It occurs in hidrothermal vein systems and stockworks, often associated with led minerals. It also occurs in metasomatic replacement in sedimentary rocks.
